* Supplier Products: For products sourced from our trusted suppliers, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. This allows time for processing and shipping from their warehouses.
* Personalised Products: Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch of personalised items, as these require extra care and attention to detail, including engraving.
* The "Wedding Tails" Collection: Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. These require extra attention to detail to ensure they are perfect for any occasion.

Shipping Carriers:

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Exchanges:
* We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, excluding personalised items.
* Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item for exchange.
* we will then return exchanged items to you with free shipping
Damaged or Faulty Items:
* If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@snazzypooch.co.uk with photographic evidence.
* We will provide a free return shipping label for damaged or faulty items, and offer a replacement or full refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
