Shipping (UK)

At Snazzy Pooch, we aim to get your furry friend's goodies to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Rates:

  • Free UK Shipping: Free shipping on all UK orders.

Dispatch Times:

  • Snazzy Pooch Branded Products: Next day dispatch.
  • Supplier Products: Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery.
  • Personalised Products: Allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.
  • The β€œWedding Tails” Collection: Allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

  • Snazzy Pooch Branded: 2–3 business days
  • Trusted Supplier Products: 5–10 business days
  • Personalised Products: 5 business days

Shipping Carriers:
We use Evri and Royal Mail. Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

We now ship to a wide range of destinations (full list shown at checkout).

  • Customer pays return postage unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges within 30 days (personalised items excluded).
  • Customer pays to send the item back; we ship the replacement free.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • We’ll provide a free return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

How to Start a Return/Exchange:

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty/damaged.

Refunds:
Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
